Return/Exchange Process

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date the order was shipped. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  2. Return shipping is free.

  4. We offer free shipping if orders are shipped wrong.
  5. We offer free shipping both ways on exchanges. 
  6. Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  7. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package. 
  8. The Era reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  9. If you have any problem that is not covered above let us know we will work it out.
